DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We inspect all items before shipping out and package all items carefully to ensure safe arrival. However, if one of our products happens to be defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vireilmesidor.com so we can accommodate any necessary return procedure.
We will send you a damage form. The damage form most be complete within 7 days with the following information : Order #, Product description/Name, Description of defect, A photo of the defect, Once your item is received and inspected, We will proceed to exchange it within 1 to 2 business days without any fees.
The return ITEM must be shipped with a return confirmation number. Do not ship defective, returns items back until you receive a confirmation number.
WRONG ITEM/SIZE
We are very sorry to hear that we've made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. If the product you received is incorrect compared to your original invoice please contact us at info@vireilmesidor.com with your order number, name, address, and the product description. We will proceed the exchange as quickly as we can without any fees.
